INSTRUCTIONS

You can enroll in your chosen course by submitting the enrollment form after carefully filling in all relevant details and uploading the required documents.

  • Fields marked as mandatory must be filled in without exception.
  • The Application Form Fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.
  • The email ID provided at the time of registration will be used for all correspondence until the enrollment process is complete. Changes to the email ID will not be permitted under any circumstances.

A mandatory pre-joining counseling sessionwill be conducted on Zoom to provide candidates with complete course details. This session will be recorded for future reference to ensure transparency and uphold fair practices. Our commitment is to underpromise and overdeliver—students will not be enticed with unrealistic claims or false assurances.

Course Details

Course Name : Advanced Training Diploma in Interior Design

Duration : 300 Hours (7 Months)

Classes : 9 Hours a week (6 hours instructor-led tutoring + 3 hours discussions & interactions)

Program Enrollment & Eligibility
  • Admission is based on meeting the eligibility criteria.
  • Students must submit all required documents during enrollment.
  • The institute reserves the right to verify and validate all submitted information.
Program Fee & Payment Terms
  • Fee details, including payment schedules and installment options, are provided in the Fee Annexureissued to the student already.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Absence from classes will not be considered an excuse for non-payment or delayed payment of fees.
  • Additional charges (if applicable) may be levied for fines, late payments, batch transfers, re-admission, and other administrative processes.
  • In case of re-registration due to dropout, students must pay a re-registration fee, along with any revised program fee.
Attendance & Academic Regulations
  • Students must maintain a minimum of 70% attendanceto be eligible for final assessments
  • Shortage of attendance beyond the allowed limit will attract additional condonation fees or may lead to disqualification from exams.
  • Students are responsible for tracking their own attendance and class participation.
  • The institute reserves the right to modify the curriculum, exam patterns, class schedules, faculty assignments, and academic regulations as per emerging requirements.
Class Schedules & Learning Commitments
  • The course structure includes lectures, studio sessions, software training, workshops, and industry projects.
  • Class timings may be revised based on administrative needs and student batch sizes.
  • For software-based training, students must have access to a high-performance laptop/computerwith specifications that support interior design software.
Learning Mode (Online & Blended)
  • Students enrolled in the blended programmust attend mandatory in-person sessionswhen scheduled.
  • Students are required to have a stable internet connection and participate actively in online sessions.
  • The institute is not responsible for technical issues arising from the student’s personal devices or internet connectivity problems.
Discipline & Code of Conduct
  • Students must maintain professional behavior during both online and offline interactions.
  • Any form of misconduct, including plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or disruptive behavior, may result in disciplinary action.
  • The use of mobile phones during sessionsis strictly prohibited unless permitted for academic purposes.
  • Any damage to institute property(physical or digital) by a student will result in penalties or compensation charges.
Workshops, Industry Visits & Additional Training
  • The program may include workshops,guest lectures, site visits, and industry interactions.
  • Any expenses related to transportation, accommodation, or external workshops will be borne by students.
  • Special workshops conducted by external industry experts may involve additional fees.
Certifications & Assessments
  • Upon successful completion, students will be awarded a diploma certified by Cindrebay Governing Council.
  • Students may also opt for additional certifications, subject to eligibility and external certification body requirements
  • The institute reserves the right to modify or upgrade certification requirements in accordance with industry and regulatory changes.
Liability & Force Majeure
  • The institute is not liable for disruptions caused by natural calamities, political events, pandemics, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, necessary adjustments to the academic schedule will be made at the discretion of the management.
Arbitration & Legal Jurisdiction
  • Any dispute arising out of enrollment, study, certification, or any other academic matter shall be settled through arbitration as per the applicable laws.
  • The jurisdiction for all legal matters related to the program shall be governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, UAE.
Amendments & Final Authority
  • Cindrebay reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditionsany time.
  • All enrolled students must abide by the latest policies and regulations set by the institute.
  • The Cindrebay Governing Council’s decision is final in all academic and administrative matters.
